Registration & Payment

Q: How do I secure my child’s enrollment in the program?

A: To secure your child’s enrollment, you must submit a completed registration form and the full payment. Enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is not guaranteed until payment is received.

Q: What if I need to register late?

A: Late registrations may be accepted if space is available. Please be aware that late registration may incur an additional administrative fee.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: Full refunds will be issued if a cancellation request is submitted in writing at least 5 calendar days before the program’s start date. A full refund will also be issued if Masra cancels the program.

Q: Will I get a refund if I cancel within 5 days of the start date?

A: No, refunds will not be given for cancellations made within 5 days of the program’s start date. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for any missed days once the program has begun, regardless of the reason.

Food and Meals

Q: Does Masra provide meals or snacks for my child?

A: No, Masra does not provide any meals or snacks for students. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for providing all meals and snacks for their child.

Q: What are the guidelines for meals brought from home?

A: Please ensure that meals brought from home adhere to any specific guidelines communicated by Masra, such as allergy considerations or food safety protocols. Masra is not liable for any food-related incidents.

Special Needs and Accommodations

Q: How do I inform Masra about my child’s special needs?

A: You must inform Masra of any special needs, learning preferences, or required accommodations for your child at least two weeks before the program’s start date. We will work with you to create a supportive plan, though certain needs may exceed the program’s capabilities.

Communication and Updates

Q: How will Masra communicate important updates?

A: Masra will communicate all important updates via email or other agreed-upon methods. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and updated contact information and to check for updates regularly.

Materials and Equipment

Q: What is the policy regarding program materials and equipment?

A: Your child is expected to treat all program materials and equipment, including LEGO kits and any vendor supplies, responsibly. All borrowed items must be returned at the end of each session. You may be responsible for the replacement cost of any materials damaged or lost due to misuse.

Social Media and Privacy

Q: Does Masra use photos or videos of my child?

A: Yes, by registering, you consent to Masra using photos or videos of your child for promotional purposes on platforms like social media, our website, and community chat groups. Your child’s personal and health information will remain confidential and only be used for program purposes.

Medical and Safety Emergencies

Q: What health information do I need to provide?

A: You must provide accurate health information, including known allergies, medical conditions, special dietary needs, and a list of any medications your child may need during the program hours, along with written instructions.

Q: What is the policy for a child who is ill?

A: Your child may not attend the program if they are exhibiting symptoms of illness (e.g., fever or coughing). You must also notify the administration of any exposure to contagious illnesses before your child’s attendance.

Behavior and Conduct

Q: What is the code of conduct for my child?

A: Your child is expected to behave respectfully toward peers, instructors, and materials. They must not engage in any form of bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior and must follow all safety rules.

Q: What happens if my child has a behavioral issue?

A: Parents will be notified of any behavioral issues within one business day. If a child’s behavior poses a risk to the safety or experience of others, Masra reserves the right to remove the child from the program without a refund.

Attendance & Drop-Off/Pick-Up

Q: Is Masra a drop-off/pick-up facility?

A: No, this is not a drop-off/pick-up facility. You (or an authorized individual) must remain on the premises at all times. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in your child’s removal from the program without a refund.
